Youth Development Associate

Immediate Opening for a Youth Development Associate working with elementary and middle school children in an Afterschool Program 230pm-530pm Monday to Friday. 

The suitable candidate will be:

• Providing academic support via homework help to an assigned group of students.
• Provide enrichment instruction to an assigned group of middle school age students in an after school program Monday through Friday during the school year.
• Take daily attendance using required forms and submit attendance on a daily basis to the Program Coordinator.
• Ensure sequenced lesson plans are in place with measurable outcomes. Be able to document achievement among the program participants.
• Provide enrichment program activities to two assigned groups of students for prepared sequenced lesson plans with measurable outcomes.
• Document program participant achievements.
• Willingness to work with urban youth & children
• Other duties as assigned

Bilingual Preferred - Spanish and Portuguese bilingual speakers preferred

Min. Pay Rate:  $16.94 per hour
Shift:  230pm-530pm
