Wholesale Manager

We are immediately seeking a Wholesale Manager!

Responsibilities of the Wholesale Manager:

• Manage day-to-day wholesale operations, including order intake, processing, and adjustments
• Maintain and build relationships with wholesale customers
• Ensure accuracy of orders within internal systems (e.g., ERP platforms)
• Coordinate closely with production and delivery teams to align schedules and fulfillment
• Monitor order trends and provide insights to support forecasting and production planning
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, pricing, and product information
• Support onboarding of new wholesale accounts
• Ensure all required product information, documentation, and communications are accurate and up to date

Qualifications of the Wholesale Manager:

• Experience in wholesale, account management, or operations within the food industry preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational systems (ERP experience is a plus)
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Previous experience in wholesale operations, account management, or similar role preferred
• Experience in food production or bakery operations is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus

Pay & Schedule:

• $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
• Full-time
• Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
