Warehouse Associate

We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate!
Hours:
11AM-730PM

Responsibilities of the warehouse Associate:

• Preparing orders for shipment by transporting materials from storage to shipping docks.
• Moving materials on and off trailers and to and from designated areas
• Labeling and sorting shipments, relocating items, and disposing of hazardous waste.
• Drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers, clamp trucks, and automated pallet jacks as needed.

Requirements of the warehouse associate:

• Must have1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines

Physical Demands:

• Able to physically handle material in the warehouse and work with all warehouse equipment 
• Must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time 
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis 
• Must be able to use proper techniques to lift 50 pounds

Min. Pay Rate:  $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift - 11AM-730PM M-F
