Pay : $90,000- $120,000
Schedule : H ybrid/remote. 2 remote days and 3 on site days.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory of materials needed to support production. This role leads purchasing and stockroom teams, manages supplier relationships, and ensures materials are delivered on time while maintaining quality and cost standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage purchasing and stockroom teams to support production goals
• Develop and maintain purchasing strategies and key performance metrics
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier-related issues
• Address quality concerns in collaboration with internal teams
• Monitor purchase orders and update delivery timelines as needed
• Identify and develop alternative vendors to improve cost and efficiency
• Work with engineering and quality teams on material requirements
• Manage inventory levels and product costing with internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience (10+ preferred)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with freight, contracts, and logistics
• Ability to manage complex procurement decisions
• Bachelor’s degree required
