Senior Project Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HVAC and plumbing construction projects. This role will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and union trades to successfully manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project documentation, including procurement, change orders, and subcontracts
• Oversee budgets, labor, and material costs
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety while attending project meetings
• Track performance and forecast costs
• Manage billing processes to maintain positive cash flow

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Construction industry experience required

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam
• Experience with Timberline project financial software preferred
