Responsibilities of the Account Manager:-
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by managing renewals, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Utilize Salesforce to monitor renewal notifications, manage billing logistics, and ensure timely communication regarding pricing or purchase order requirements.

Act as a trusted resource to customers by offering product education, usage insights, and timely updates on order status and delivery expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate billing, invoice requirements, and fulfillment processes.

Support sales initiatives by qualifying opportunities and routing them to appropriate team members, while also handling administrative tasks related to order processing.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in sales or customer account management, especially within technology, retail, or related industries.

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and strong proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong organizational and presentation skills.

Able to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
