RN for Special EDU Student

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Ludlow, MA. This role involves providing one-on-one care and support for a special needs student in a school setting.

• Oversee medication collection, documentation, and distribution for program participants.
• Develop and maintain individual health care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage all medical documentation , ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and ongoing supervision to 1:1 nursing staff to ensure best practices in care.
• Serve as a liaison to families, school districts, and medical providers , maintaining consistent and professional communication.
• Participate in staff meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to support integrated care planning.
• Provide direct nursing coverage as needed during staff absences.

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Bachelors degree and required 
• Nice to have DESE certification or willing to obtain it 
• Experience in a school, residential, or community-based program setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers.
• Experience supervising or training other nursing staff is a plus.
