We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Educate clients and caregivers on implementing behavior plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including medical records and care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications:
- Experience or education in special education or behavioral health is preferred
- Proficiency in data collection methods and techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Familiarity with behavioral health care plans and interventions

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Shift Hours: 8a-4P M-F
