QUALITY – Inspector

We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector

Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:

• Perform first article and setup inspections in a machining environment, ensuring parts meet precise specifications.

• Draw and clean inspection samples from CNC machines in an oily production setting, maintaining rigorous cleanliness and accuracy standards.

• Utilize mechanical gauging tools, comparators, and optical equipment (CMM and PC-DMIS experience is a plus) to verify part quality.

• Interpret mechanical drawings and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to inspection tasks.

• Track calibration of tools and equipment using GageTrak software and document inspection data with a high level of attention to detail.

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving machining or screw machine operations.

• Strong understanding of mechanical inspection tools and processes; GD&T experience is essential.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.

• Familiarity with Excel and basic data entry; experience with CMM or optical inspection tools is a plus.

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
