Project Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC and plumbing construction projects from start to finish. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and union trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project documentation, including procurement, change orders, and subcontracts
• Oversee project budgets, including labor and material costs
• Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure successful execution
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety while attending project meetings
• Track performance, forecast costs, and manage billing to maintain cash flow

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Construction experience required

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam
• Experience with Timberline (or similar financial software) preferred
