Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a growing manufacturing facility. This position plays a key leadership role in driving safety, production performance, team accountability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Lead daily production activities across multiple departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production effectiveness.

Promote and maintain a culture of safety; serve on the Safety Committee.

Set and communicate daily and weekly priorities to supervisors and team leads.

Monitor labor and equipment needs; make recommendations to support increasing demand.

Provide feedback and support to production staff regarding performance, conduct, and attendance.

Collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Participate in 2–4 annual trips for site visits or industry conferences.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including production planning and supervisory responsibilities.

Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability across operations.

Must demonstrate strong integrity, judgment, and adaptability.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly manages 1–2 supervisors and 3–4 team leads.

Responsible for interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies.
