Production Manager

Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations Pay: $90,000 – $130,000 per year 

The position leads production operations, manages schedules and costs, and ensures vehicles are produced safely and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production and manufacturing activities across multiple facilities.

• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly production schedules based on business demand

• Ensure production meets all safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Direct inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations to meet production and customer requirements

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials, staffing, and equipment availability

• Monitor KPIs, benchmarks, and workflow efficiency to drive continuous improvement

• Support leadership with planning, forecasting, and operational reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management

• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and cost control

• Experience managing inventory, shipping, and receiving operations

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and locations

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
