Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator  Pay: $60,000 – $80,000 per year 

This role oversees daily production operations, tracks workflow, manages schedules, and ensures production goals are achieved while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and manufacturing targets

• Track work orders, production flow, and part shipments across departments

• Identify and resolve production delays, bottlenecks, and workflow issues

• Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Warehouse, Quality, and Facilities teams

• Monitor material availability and escalate shortages or delays

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with production scheduling, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts

• High school diploma or GED required
