We are looking for a maintenance Technician!
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance with operators and team leads.

Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and safety checks.

Inspect safety devices and ensure equipment compliance.

Recommend improvements to boost production and equipment performance.

Provide facility support and assist with unscheduled maintenance as needed.

Work overtime or alternate shifts to support maintenance coverage and production uptime.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be certified to operate all assigned industrial lifts.
- Knowledge of basic repairs, welding, and cutting procedures, setting up and operating general machine shop equipment, and correct use of machinist’s measurement tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and able to work as a team player.

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and work on ladders, roofs, or elevated platforms.

Comfortable working in high-noise, high-temperature environments with appropriate PPE.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual material handling throughout the shift.

Must have good close vision, depth perception, and be able to operate vehicles safely.
