As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be creating and maintaining business relationships with manufacturers and other businesses as you keep them supplied with corrugated boxes. Our objective is to have long-lasting business partners. We want to show them that we are their best option as a supplier of corrugated boxes, and they will save money by staying with us. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to existing accounts.
Responsibilities
· Generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and qualify potential new customers within the assigned territory
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Drive the company van to new customers to help develop a friendly business relationship and pick up samples.
  • Follow-through with the customer to give them a solid line of communication throughout the entire order process.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the sales team to discuss business acquisition and tactics.

  • Strong ability to build a long-lasting rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficiency and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid Driver's license
This is an in-office Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour plus commission
