Pay : $22.00- $35.00 (1st & 2nd Shift) 

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate takes a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive facility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep production equipment operating efficiently

• Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and facility systems

• Identify and correct potential safety hazards and facility concerns

• Work cross-functionally with departments to prevent service or production disruptions

• Manage and update work orders through the CMMS system

• Support facility upkeep and building maintenance needs

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including LOTO procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing manufacturing equipment

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and equipment upkeep

• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes safely

• Understanding of occupational hazards, safety standards, and LOTO compliance

• Ability to move heavy equipment and materials as needed

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

• Ability to manage tasks within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
