Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize safety at all times

Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines

Machine parts based on drawings, specs, or samples

Produce and repair tooling, dies, and fixtures

Troubleshoot machining/assembly issues

Support continuous improvement and LEAN processes

Keep work area clean and organized

Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of machinist experience

Able to read technical drawings and measure to tight tolerances (<>

Strong math, analytical, and communication skills

Team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability
