Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Lead Manufacturing Engineer – Manufacturing Operations Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous 
improvement initiatives across metal fabrication, vehicle assembly, and finishing 
operations. 

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication, paint, and assembly operations

• Identify and eliminate waste to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard work

• Support production with hands-on manufacturing and process troubleshooting

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams

• Track and report improvements in efficiency, cycle time, and throughput

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience (metal fabrication preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools

• Experience with fabrication, welding, assembly, or CNC processes

• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced shop floor environment

• Engineering degree or trade/technical education preferred

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
