Large Format Digital Print Supervisor (2nd shift)

The Large Format Digital Print Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of a large format print production team. They ensure print jobs are completed on time, meet quality standards, and oversee staff performance and equipment maintenance.

• Assign print tasks based on operator skills and workloads

• Track production schedules and prevent delays

• Inspect jobs for quality from start to finish

• Maintain equipment and oversee preventive maintenance

• Mentor and support staff development

• Ensure safety and cleanliness protocols are followed

• 3–6 years’ experience in large format print operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of print equipment and finishing tools (e.g., cutting, laminating)

• Ability to read work orders and technical manuals

• Proficiency with Macs/PCs, Microsoft Office, RIP software, and pre-press tools

• High school diploma or equivalent required
