Finishing Technician

Finishing Technician  Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on preparing precision-machined components for final inspection and shipment while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and specifications.

• Deburr and finish complex aerospace components per drawings and specifications

• Ensure proper surface finishes and remove sharp edges/burrs

• Perform hand tapping and thread chasing

• Clean and prepare parts for final inspection and shipment

• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with quality standards

• Follow procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace

• Collaborate with production and quality teams

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (aerospace or medical preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to work independently and stay focused

• Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability

• High School Diploma or GED required

• A disciplined and focused professional with a strong sense of accountability.
