• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the organization to drive profitability and operational excellence.

• Lead all aspects of the financial close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and KPI tracking, ensuring accurate reporting within a 3-day close.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash management strategies, including CAPEX tracking and fixed asset accounting.

• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate accounting policies and standards.

• Act as the finance lead on ERP system improvements and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment, while supporting audits and tax preparation activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with a strong analytical mindset.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate performance across payroll, AP/AR, and customer service functions.
