Fielding Technician Supervisor

We have immediate opening for Field Technician Supervisor: 
 

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Fielding Technicians in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial spring products and assemblies

• Provide hands-on support in the field, assisting with complex mechanical adjustments and technical issues

• Coordinate job assignments, scheduling, and workflow to ensure projects are completed on time

• Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams, production, and management

• Train and mentor technicians on proper installation techniques, safety standards, and quality expectations

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications

• Troubleshoot equipment and spring performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

• Maintain accurate service reports, job documentation, and customer communication records

• Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical field service, or industrial maintenance (spring manufacturing experience preferred)

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or field service environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience with industrial equipment, tools, and measurement instruments

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in the field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel locally or regionally as required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus
