Entry level Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to support small and mid-sized businesses in improving operations, reducing costs, and increasing revenue. This field-based role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in B2B sales.

• Prospect and engage businesses through in-person outreach, calls, and follow-up
• Identify client needs and present solutions that improve operations and profitability
• Support the sales process by advancing conversations and assisting in closing new business
• Build and manage a pipeline through consistent outreach and organization
• Participate in training and coaching to develop sales skills

• 6+ months of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience required
• Background in retail, hospitality, call center, or entry-level sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging business owners
• Quick learner with strong organization and follow-through
• Motivated to build a career in sales and succeed in a goal-driven environment
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and generating new business
