We have an immediate opening for 1st Shift Customer Service Representatives: Responsibilities of the 1st Shift Customer Service Representative:

Process email/phone correspondence
Maintain partnerships between businesses with daily communication
Provide quotes to customers using pricing lists
Enter new sales orders/update existing sales orders with revisions
Data Entry

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

High School Graduate with 3.0 GPA or higher
Associates Degree is a plus
3-5 years of prior marketing or customer service required
