Custodian

We have and Immediate opening for a Custodian!

Responsibilities of the Custodian:

• Clean all spaces within assigned areas (bathrooms, offices, labs, storage, stairwells, etc.)
• Remove leaves, snow, and debris from all entrances of assigned areas
• Perform other tasks to ensure everything is running properly 
• Remove trash, recycling and other materials from building following proper protocols 

Requirements of the Custodian:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to reach, bend, climb stairs, and preform physical duties
• Must be able to pass background check
• Minimum of 1 year preferred custodial/housekeeping experience 

Min. Pay Rate:  $22.59 per hour
1st shift : 7AM-3:30PM or 3PM-10PM
