Manufacturing Supervisor

The Entry-Level Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role is ideal for someone with early manufacturing experience or leadership potential who is ready to grow into a supervisory position.

• Supervise production employees and coordinate daily production schedules.

• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and assist with resolving production problems.

• Train and support team members in machine operation and quality standards.

• Communicate goals and expectations while promoting teamwork and accountability.

• Track production metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or team lead experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ERP systems a plus).

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment.
