1st Shift Parts and Inventory Specialist

We are immediately seeking a Parts & Inventory Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Parts & Inventory Specialist:

• Keep track of parts and supplies MRO computer system
• Order items, work with vendors, and make sure deliveries arrive on time
• Check in new supplies and keep inventory accurate
• Help the maintenance team get the parts they need
• Run reports and do monthly inventory checks
• Send out parts for repair and look for ways to save money
• Track how well suppliers are performing

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of production processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS/EAM systems
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to lift 10–50+ lbs occasionally and move freely throughout facilities
