Immediate Opening: 1st Shift Utility Associate – Injection Molding

Pay: $18/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM

Looking for a steady, full-time manufacturing opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule? We are hiring a dependable Utility Associate to join our injection molding team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a productive team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and monitor injection molding machines while inspecting and sorting parts for quality.
• 
  Assist with material changes, clearing molds, and keeping production running smoothly.
• 
  Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• 
  Move raw materials and finished products weighing up to 100 lbs.

Requirements:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• 
  Previous manufacturing experience.
• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
• 
  Strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic math/data entry skills.
