The ideal 1st shift machine operator can do the following:

• Load raw materials into the machine
• Operate the machinery
• Pay close attention for defects or improper operation
• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Communicate and work effectively with a team
• Operate a Forklift a plus
• Extrusion experience a plus
• Slitter/Paper experience a plus

The ideal 1st Shift candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Machine Operating experience
• Ability to learn new tasks
