Summit Careers is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll guide and coach Entry-Level Sales Executives to achieve their goals while driving company-wide growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue and performance goals.
- Set clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and ongoing performance reviews to provide coaching and accountability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business and expand market reach.
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance and streamline sales processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service delivery.
- 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
