Summit Careers is looking for a  Sales Manager  to lead our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll guide and coach Entry-Level Sales Executives to achieve their goals while driving company-wide growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue and performance goals.
  • Set clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and ongoing performance reviews to provide coaching and accountability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business and expand market reach.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team performance and streamline sales processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans and drive measurable results.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed.
