Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Managing phones
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
  • Entering purchase orders
  • Handling request/queries from our sales division and managers.

Qualifications of the Office Assistant:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Needs to be experience with Microsoft Access
