Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Managing phones
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
- Entering purchase orders
- Handling request/queries from our sales division and managers.
Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Needs to be experience with Microsoft Access
